As a promotional collaboration between Heuer marketing genius Jack Heuer and Brown & Williamson's Viceroy ad division, the result has showcased successful insight of a fruitful sales campaign which has largely exceeded any expectations. Heuer received major national paper ad coverage due to B&W's reach, something it could never hope for with its limited ad budget. The result is Heuer sold an inordinate number of 1163V's and they remain quite popular today. The watch is in exceptionally well preserved condition with unpolished case and all original.
