Exceptional Speedmasters are rare, very rare to find and cherish. This 145.022-74 is very clean with its original early green lume stepped dial. The watch is very clean with signs of previous polishing but remains very strong. The bracelet is original to the watch with little to no wear. The hands are later service replacement, something we see a lot on vintage Omegas, they are Tritium with a yellow patina.
