Since founded in 1755, Vacheron Constantin is the world's oldest watch brand in continuous operation and the first to manufacture movements with interchangeable parts beginning in 1839. Vacheron's watches are admired for their Latin-influenced case designs, well-balanced proportions and exquisitely finished movements of the highest quality.  This particular ref. 6562 is in excellent condition for it's age.  A very hard watch to come by especially in this shape.  The watch comes with the papers. Take note:  The case number on the papers are written as "489005" instead of "498005"
